My career began in finance providing me with a solid foundation in business management, including bookkeeping and budgeting. Ensuring Return on Investment both of time and money is one of my guiding principles.

After deciding that I would prefer to be on the business building side of corporations, I transitioned into sales with Alcon Canada, a world class Ophthalmic Company, providing pharmaceuticals and medical devices that improves vision health the world over.

At Alcon, I developed relationship building skills first as a top performing sales representative, then by leading award winning sales teams and lastly as Director of Education where I developed exceptional relationships and educational programs with physicians.

After a successful career at Alcon, I then transferred my skills to advertising and healthcare communication agencies servicing the pharmaceutical sector. Here, I honed my marketing skills including the implementation of digital marketing and education programs.

As part of the transition to the service side of the pharmaceutical industry, I also built my own consulting business specializing in training and education.

I am currently teaching Business to Business Sales part-time at Conestoga College and focusing on providing solutions for businesses large and small.
