Celia's career began in finance providing her with a solid foundation in business management, including bookkeeping and budgeting. Ensuring Return on Investment both of time and money is one of her guiding principles.

After deciding that she would prefer to be on the business building side of corporations, she transitioned into sales with Alcon Canada, a world class Ophthalmic Company, providing pharmaceuticals and medical devices..

At Alcon, she developed relationship building skills first as a top performing sales representative, then by leading award winning sales teams and lastly as Director of Education where she developed exceptional relationships and educational programs with physicians.

After a successful career at Alcon, she then transferred her skills to advertising and healthcare communication agencies servicing the pharmaceutical sector. Here, she honed her marketing skills including the implementation of digital marketing and education programs.

As part of the transition to the service side of the pharmaceutical industry, she also built her own consulting business specializing in training and education.

She is currently teaching Business to Business Sales part-time at Conestoga College and focusing on providing solutions for businesses large and small.
